What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead creative education and youth-focused programmes with strong partnerships, clear KPIs, and hands-on operations. I want to grow strategy, curriculum, and stakeholder execution while delivering measurable impact for music and publishing/IP.

I’m a Programme Manager with 5+ years’ experience designing, managing, and evaluating creative industry programmes across Nigeria and Africa. I build curricula, drive stakeholder engagement, and lead participant recruitment—creating outcomes that contribute to SDG 4, SDG 5, and SDG 8 through youth development initiatives. I’ve supported multi-partner delivery with organisations including British Council, Google.org, WIPO, SACEM, Music Ally, and Sony Music Publishing.

In my roles, I combine programme leadership with strong operations—handling end-to-end logistics, compliance, documentation, and KPI reporting to keep delivery high-quality across partners and cohorts. I also bring music rights expertise as a Music Catalogue & Rights Management Consultant, optimising a 40+ year legacy catalogue through metadata and audit work, supporting royalty account setup and copyright protection, and helping transition catalogue administration into a deal with Sony Music Publishing. From upskilling 8,103 youths and reaching 2.2 million people, to administering £20,000 in grants for 10 finalists, I’m motivated by practical, measurable impact.
