I've built and maintained AI agents, chatbots, human chat experiences, and self-service conversational journeys at Cielo. I also created API integrations connecting external systems and supported Salesforce routines.
Previously at Sem Parar, I planned and implemented self-service chatbots for WhatsApp and web, help centers, and FAQs with backend integrations. I managed proactive WhatsApp messaging and shaped copy to match each bot's persona.
