I represent Lunfardo DBB and have partnered with Campari, Lunfa, Heráclito, and Ajenjo on brand activations and education.
I founded Chicas Barra, a community and newsletter reaching 1,900 subscribers that spotlights women in the beverage industry. I teach and write about mixology, beverages, and bar operations, delivering training for around 200 people annually.
I create menu-development training, recipe costing systems, technical sheets, recipes, and brand-voice content that helps products connect with their audiences. My five-edition cocktail manual and venue advisory work span Don Social Club, Nodo Coctel Bar, Sampa, and Pie de Piedra Hotel.
With a background in Education and years behind and leading bars in Córdoba, I bring systems thinking, calm under pressure, and a strong commitment to DEI and female advancement in hospitality.
