I've built and supported web applications, SaaS products, payment platforms, and custom business systems through FlowSite since 2018, while investigating user-facing account, billing, subscription, authentication, integration, and application issues.

My support background spans AI services, legal-service platforms, technical support, and chat-based support for OnlyFans creator accounts. I communicate clearly with users in Polish and English and explain technical issues in plain language.

On MyLawyer24, I worked with a subscription-based legal SaaS platform serving approximately 5,000 registered users, including AI-assisted legal analysis, permissions, quotas, administration workflows, and Stripe subscriptions. I also built FluxPay payment workflows covering subscriptions, invoices, payouts, refunds, payment statuses, failed transactions, retries, and account access.

I'm comfortable working remotely across multiple systems, CRMs, dashboards, and active conversations. My technical foundation includes APIs, authentication, webhooks, Linux infrastructure, and modern web development, helping me investigate issues independently and follow them through to resolution.
