At Hitachi Digital Services, I provision, operate, and maintain AWS infrastructure for the BI team's production data platform. I reduced cloud expenditure by 30% by eliminating redundant resources and moving steady-state workloads to AWS Savings Plans.
I also spearheaded a FinOps MVP that introduced a tagging standard, per-team cost ownership, and spend visibility across teams. To keep the live platform secure and current without a maintenance window, I remediated daily AWS Inspector findings and upgraded legacy tools and operating systems.
