Developed a Python script to automate the decommissioning of unused AWS resources, improving cost efficiency. Implemented a PoC for AWS PrivateLink to enable secure, private connectivity between services, which ultimately resulted in a new feature release providing customers with a more secure connection option to OPSWAT products.

Operated, maintained, and monitored large-scale systems across both private and public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure high availability for clients’ 24/7 business operations. Identified and resolved incidents via ticketing systems, responding quickly to meet SLAs and minimize downtime.

Rebuilt the entire on-prem Kubernetes cluster from scratch in response to infrastructure instability in the private cloud. Designed and implemented a comprehensive system monitoring solution using Prometheus, Grafana, and exporters for Kubernetes, GPU, and system metrics.

Activities and societies: Developed a home lab to reproduce and resolve real-world production issues, building engineering intuition and strengthening implementation skills. Designed and continuously improved a production-like home lab environment to gain hands-on experience in systems engineering, automation, container orchestration, and observability.
