What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote role in customer support, virtual assistance, online teaching, translation, content, or social media where I can use English–Korean communication, organization, and independent online-work skills.

I've delivered online and offline English and Korean tutoring as a freelance tutor since 2021, supporting beginner-to-intermediate learners with personalized study plans, lessons, and exercises.

I manage schedules, lesson plans, and multiple learners independently while communicating regularly to support their progress. My work combines bilingual English–Korean communication, online teaching, organization, and responsive learner support.

At DAYLANHA Education & Training and Huong Nam Education Center, I assisted teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, student questions, and learning support. I enjoy creating positive learning environments and handling multiple tasks collaboratively.

I'm completing a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual English–Korean and hold Korean TOPIK Level 3 and English Aptis B2 certifications. I'm seeking remote opportunities in customer support, virtual assistance, online teaching, translation, content assistance, and social media support.
