I currently work as a Freelance Audio Evaluator / Transcription Reviewer (Remote), listening to audio recordings and evaluating clarity, accuracy, and speaker identification. I review and correct transcriptions against clean and full verbatim guidelines, ensuring proper punctuation, formatting, and transcription accuracy.

Before this, I served as a Customer Service Agent in both on-site and remote roles. I educated customers on company systems and form completion, responded to inquiries via email and calls, and maintained customer relationships through regular communication.

I’m also experienced in high-pressure issue resolution, including handling crisis management and resolving escalated customer service issues to retain client relationships. To support my work, I used CRM software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) to maintain contact logs and keep client needs organized.

What drives me is strong attention to detail and listening accuracy, paired with clear communication and professionalism. I bring a quality-first mindset to every review—checking audio content, correcting transcription issues, and staying aligned with guidelines.
