I’m looking for a remote role where I can support customers via email/chat, manage tickets in Zendesk/Freshdesk, keep records accurately, and grow my transcription and content accuracy—working with clear guidelines and fast feedback.

I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist with experience handling customer inquiries, managing digital communication, and maintaining accurate records. I deliver clear, structured, and error-free work in fast-paced remote environments.

Since 2023, I’ve worked remotely as a Freelance Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative, managing email and chat support while using Zendesk and Freshdesk to track, respond to, and resolve tickets. I document customer interactions clearly to improve record accuracy and team communication.

I also strengthen my transcription and content accuracy through practice, converting audio into structured text with a focus on formatting. I’m known for active listening, strong documentation, time management, and adapting quickly to new tools and systems.
