Joseph Kingston

I currently work with INFLXD AI, converting financial audio into accurate, well-structured text as a transcriptionist and data annotator while maintaining quality and accuracy.

At Humanatic, I spent three years listening to, categorizing, reviewing, and evaluating calls against company guidelines to help businesses improve customer service and sales performance. I also supported MTN Nigeria customers with mobile and data inquiries, billing issues, SIM registration, account updates, and technical escalations.

My experience also includes running office operations at Celbon Telecommunication Ltd. and teaching at Cherryfield College Abuja. I bring organized administration, clear communication, data analysis, and a commitment to continued professional growth.
