What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations and project delivery in a fast-paced environment, improving workflows, coordinating teams and clients, and supporting creative or marketing production.

I own The Portos, a photography, videography, and creative production agency serving wedding, corporate, commercial, and nonprofit clients. I manage projects from consultation through delivery while overseeing scheduling, invoicing, vendors, and workflows.

I also co-founded Morning Brew Sports, where I coordinate production schedules and publishing calendars, produce and host recurring shows, and design marketing assets and merchandise. I lead and mentor a team of eight creatives and build processes that support high-quality client work.

My background includes running TBL Creative House and eight years at Apple, where I delivered customer service, technical support, creative education, and repair workflow coordination. I bring 14+ years of operations, project management, content production, and team development experience.
