I’m looking to lead creative operations and video/live-event production—owning workflows, budgets, and vendor coordination while collaborating cross-functionally to ship on time, protect brand quality, and continuously improve systems and process documentation.

I’m a Creative Operations Coordinator and Video Operations Project Manager with 8+ years of experience managing production and live events from planning through execution and final asset delivery. I coordinate cross-functionally across broadcast, producers, and creative design teams to keep productions flawless and on schedule.

At Comcast, I managed 100+ creative projects per year across five regions, supported in-person, digital, and hybrid events, and built detailed run of shows/agendas with readiness updates. I communicate with external clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, oversee logistics before/during/after events, and maintain quality control to protect consistent visual identity and brand standards.

I also strengthen operations through scalable systems—implementing asset management workflows with Brandfolder (over 200k assets and metadata) and improving cross-regional efficiency. I manage production budgets ranging from $5k to $60k within a $3M annual budget, track project statuses against schedules, process vendor invoices, and create process documentation and training based on best practices.

Before that, I supported high-profile broadcasts and live events as a crew member and broadcast technician, operating camera equipment, switchboards for multi-camera setups, and streaming/technical requirements. I’ve also delivered client-facing video work as a Digital Media Specialist, and I started/ran operations as a Learning Center Manager—building compliant processes, recruiting a team, and ensuring day-to-day execution.
