As a Registration Analyst, I handle high-volume customer inquiries for the Hazardous Materials Registration Program, resolve suspended registrations and certificate holds, and help carriers understand regulatory requirements. I work with Program Analysts and IT teams to correct registration data and address portal issues.

In data operations, I collected and analyzed police, EMS, EPA, and fire department reports to support PHMSA investigations and regulatory enforcement. I've also prepared incident summaries involving hazardous materials fatalities and injuries and supported national safety readiness efforts.

My background also includes administrative onboarding, nationwide hazardous-materials vehicle registration, intake processing, liability evaluation, and unregistered vehicle enforcement. I bring accuracy, reliable coordination, and a strong commitment to public safety.
