What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, client-focused role where I can deliver clear, empathetic communication and proactive support across time zones. I want to improve documents and client outcomes, strengthen relationships, and collaborate using organized, asynchronous workflows.

I’m a customer support & communication specialist with 10+ years of international experience helping individuals and organizations succeed through clear communication, relationship management, and remote collaboration. I’m known for adaptability, empathy, strong organization, and quickly learning new systems and processes. I work effectively across time zones using asynchronous workflows and reliable remote tools. I’m authorized to work for both US and EU companies. While living in Thailand on a digital nomad visa, I can freely work remotely for any non-Thai-based company.

Since 2015, I’ve worked as a Freelance Content Editor & Writing Consultant, collaborating with international clients to refine written communication for websites, research papers, business documents, and digital content. I manage multiple client projects at once while meeting deadlines across international time zones. I provide detailed feedback, proactive problem-solving support, and tailored communication guidance for diverse audiences and objectives.

In 2023–2024, I served as an English Communication Specialist at Modulo Language School, supporting international professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I helped clients strengthen business communication, presentation clarity, and written communication for global workplace environments. I maintained consistently high client satisfaction ratings and ranked among top-performing instructors within a team of 100+ professionals.

I’ve also supported professionals with structured writing projects through roles including Writing & Language Consultant at Number 16 Academy (2022–2023), working with clients such as Google, BMW, and DHL. Earlier, I designed and implemented structured educational programs as an English Language Curriculum Writer for the Spanish Ministry of Education (2015–2022). Across every role, I aim to deliver high-quality support through responsive communication and goal-oriented, practical guidance.
