I’m an Administrative and IT Support professional with hands-on experience in data handling, technical troubleshooting, and real-time reporting in high-responsibility environments. I focus on accuracy under pressure, clear documentation, and dependable support for users and operational teams.

In my Administrative & Data Support role at a Ghana Meteorological Agency (Kumasi Airport), I collected and processed meteorological data in line with international aviation standards. I delivered hourly weather reports to Air Traffic Control and airline operators, supported Terminal Aerodrome Forecast (TAF) operations in a 24-hour system, and maintained accurate data records to ensure timely dissemination.

Before that, as an IT Support Intern at Takoradi Technical University, I helped resolve hardware and software issues, supported system setup and configuration in computer labs, and worked to minimize downtime. I’m also remote-work ready—comfortable with digital communication tools, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and skilled with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), plus data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL basics.
