I'm looking for remote management consulting or AI evaluation work where I can assess business answers for decision quality, evidence, and implementation risk, then create reusable prompts, gold answers, and marked feedback.

I evaluate professional AI output against the standard of live consulting work: decision quality, structure, evidence, and implementation risk. At Pink House Technology, I built a repeatable scoring method for AI-generated text and rewrites that make answers decision-ready.

My forensic review of a 526-page Deloitte Canada health human-resources report identified four fabricated citations and a traceable LLM failure signature. In controlled testing of the Michelangelo AI Governance Framework, fabrication instances fell from 74 to zero.

Over 15 years of independent consulting through MC Maxwell Group, I delivered strategy, operations, order-management, CRM, and facilities work for clients including Best Buy, Hudson’s Bay Company, and Deloitte Consulting. I write issue trees, gold answers, forensic memos, proposals, and feedback that another reviewer can reuse.

Earlier, I helped Union Energy scale to 1 million customers and redesigned Sears Canada home delivery, improving perfect-delivery perception from 65% to 98% while cutting operating cost 25%. I’m available for remote contract work evaluating and improving business-facing AI output.
