I’m seeking a clinical support role within Great Western Hospital / BSW Hospitals Group, where my NHS value base and person-centred care skills can improve patient outcomes. I’m immediately available and ready to deliver impact from day one.

I’m a dedicated, clinically experienced Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) with a strong track record delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care across six NHS specialisms: Trauma & Orthopaedics, A&E, Stroke, Chemotherapy, Surgical, and Medical Wards. I hold NHS-certified competencies in venepuncture, phlebotomy, cannulation, 12-lead ECG recording, and cardiac arrest response, and I record and interpret observations using NEWS2—escalating concerns promptly in line with Trust protocol.

I also bring reliable ward-level practice in infection prevention, aseptic specimen collection, fluid balance and nutritional monitoring, medication administration (Level 2, VTQ), and dementia-focused low arousal de-escalation.
