What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR Operations or Talent Acquisition role where I can apply my process discipline, compliance exposure, stakeholder communication, and recruitment support experience. I'm available to join immediately and open to relocation, remote, or hybrid work.

I've spent 4.5 years at IBM India managing accounts payable operations, reviewing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, answering vendor queries, and maintaining accurate SAP ERP records.

I bring a disciplined, compliance-focused approach shaped by SOX controls, audit requirements, invoice validation, reporting, and UAT for invoice-processing tool updates.

With an MBA in Human Resources and Finance and prior HR internship experience supporting recruitment and HR policy reviews, I'm now transitioning into HR Operations or Talent Acquisition. I'm an immediate joiner and open to relocation, remote, or hybrid roles.
