Alejandro Salinas

I specialize in sustainability, international cooperation, and the development of strategic partnerships, with over six years’ experience leading initiatives in restoration, rural development, conservation, and ESG strategies across Latin America. I combine technical, commercial, and managerial skills to align companies, multilateral organisations, governments, and local communities around shared environmental, social, and economic impact.

I’ve led the structuring, formulation, and management of strategic opportunities for corporate sustainability, conservation, and territorial development—developing and positioning a portfolio of initiatives submitted to international cooperation mechanisms with potential value exceeding USD 28 million. I also built commercial pipelines worth over USD 1.1 million for environmental and social impact projects.

In my current role, I led projects and strategic partnerships on sustainability, restoration, and carbon for international companies and organisations. I founded the grant funding division and built a portfolio of 31 global initiatives worth over $28.2 million USD, including eight large-scale macro-projects, while implementing satellite monitoring tools and geospatial analysis to strengthen traceability and ESG reporting.

Previously, I supported agro-industrial deployment and market insertion through feasibility, operational deployment, and compliance with international phytosanitary standards. Earlier experience also includes founding multidisciplinary digital and audiovisual delivery capabilities, commercial technical support for atmospheric enrichment solutions (including cryogenic CO2 systems), and leading export-focused phytosanitary control programs as an IPM Head.
