What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role where I can contribute data management, analysis, strategic planning, team leadership, and creative problem-solving skills to achieve organizational objectives.

I've managed data loading, quality checks, data cleaning, reporting, and supplier communication at the South African Qualifications Authority across several information-management roles.

As a Practitioner: Management Information Systems, I loaded data into the National Learners Record Database, produced league-table and dashboard feedback, and delivered reports to support Director-level decision-making. I also trained interns and new staff and participated in intern interview panels.

More recently, I analyzed numerical data and prepared reports for Spotlite Education, while supporting customer applications, payments, account changes, and quotations as a Senior Accounts Clerk at Letaba Networks.
