What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead high-stakes O&G/EPCM projects and logistics delivery—driving capital efficiency, strong commercial control, and unambiguous accountability. I want multi-cultural teams where SSHEQ, risk/safety, and performance under pressure are non-negotiable.

I’m a British national senior general/project manager with internationally experienced delivery in O&G, petrochemicals EPCM, and project logistics. I bring personal gravitas to set and lead clear accountabilities across performance, crisis management, and security—especially under pressure—while keeping commercial and financial discipline at the center.

In my recent role as Country G.M & Director (Sarens Tanzania Co Ltd / Raphael Logistics (T) Ltd (J V)), I established Sarens’ physical and legal presence in Tanzania and negotiated a Joint Venture agreement for securing contracts across energy, O&G, and industrial sectors. I negotiated and oversaw multi-million dollar work including hydro electric energy (JNHPP), managed onshore oil rig movements, and negotiated and managed contracts for EACOP oil pipeline, while acting as Executive Sponsor for SSHEQ.

Previously, as Project Lead Infrastructure & Logistics – Subsea Gorgon GS2 O&G Project (GE/Baker Hughes), I assumed overarching responsibility for capital delivery from FEED to EPC, coordinating P.M’s managing >4,000 line items for Barrow Island subsea infrastructure, optimizing timelines, and maintaining stakeholder and regulatory updates. Earlier, I led turnkey EPCM greenfield projects and logistics terminals, including a 30,000m3 bulk liquid chemical tank farm with EIA, and terminal operations across large-volume bulk liquid storage and logistics—then built business results as a DHL Country Manager, managing P&L, KPI service levels, and double-digit revenue growth.
