Supported scientific molding guidance for part designs and led root-cause analysis with suppliers to improve molding processes, quality, and production capacity.

Managed injection molding operations and the tool room across 12 injection molding machines, overseeing daily scheduling and mold changeovers. Drove cycle time and scrap reduction initiatives and applied scientific molding principles to improve part quality consistency.

Managed all new and existing injection molds across two manufacturing plants, overseeing 400+ active molds supporting automotive and consumer goods production. Led end-to-end new mold builds through design reviews, correction loops, and serial production qualification, while implementing SAP-based mold tracking and preventive maintenance programs.

Built injection molds from start to finish, programming and operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathes to support mold production and repairs. Designed and machined EDM electrodes and maintained hot-runner systems, including TIG and micro spot welding for mold repair work.

Earned the RJG Systematic Molding certificate focused on injection molding process and mold design principles.

Completed an injection molding toolmaking apprenticeship at Wirthwein in Creglingen, Germany, covering hands-on tooling and CNC toolmaking skills.
