I’m a quality-focused manufacturing professional with 17+ years of experience in high-volume plastics and silicone environments. I’m known for translating shop-floor insights into measurable quality improvements through defect reduction, root cause analysis, process control, and continuous improvement.

At SIMTEC Silicone (2021–2025), I performed in-process and final quality inspections to identify defects and remove non-conforming product. I interpreted blueprints, specifications, and work orders to maintain compliance, then identified root causes of recurring defects and collaborated with production teams on corrective actions. I also supported continuous improvement efforts centered on scrap SKUs reduction, yield improvement, and process consistency.

Before that, at Colonie Plastics Corp. (2012–2021), I led troubleshooting of injection molding defects and implemented process adjustments that improved product quality and reduced waste. I maintained process documentation and setup sheets for repeatability and compliance, supported quality investigations through data analysis and process validation, and acted as a liaison between production, engineering, and quality. I’ve also trained and mentored operators on QA/QC standards and best practices, and earlier roles strengthened my adaptability, uptime focus, and inspection discipline across production runs.
