I am Peter Magara, a dedicated Learning and Change facilitator with over 15 years of experience in system strengthening assessments at various levels. My work focuses on helping organizations measure their results and facilitating learning processes that enhance their internal systems and engagement with the broader ecosystem. I am passionate about system thinking and have successfully designed interventions that improve service delivery in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous assessments and evaluations, developing frameworks that support sustainable services. My consultancy work has allowed me to collaborate with various development organizations, where I design monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conduct impact assessments, and facilitate multi-stakeholder learning platforms. I am also an alumnus of the Stanford University Systems Tools for Analysis and Response Programme, which has further enriched my approach to systemic change.
