At HelloFresh, I defined business and technical requirements for a $25M refrigerated automation program supporting 26,000 orders per day, working with operations, IT, leadership, and a vendor team from design through go-live and support. I also specified four new platform capabilities and guided each through vendor design, build, and release.
I traced integrations with API testing and SQL against Snowflake, and built SQL-based Grafana dashboards that gave leadership visibility into process health and drove a 17% packing improvement. Earlier at McCoy Corporation, I owned requirements, solution design, and UAT for a $750,000 payment modernization across 50+ locations, eliminating $600,000 annually in penalties.
