Led the zero-downtime migration of customer accounts, membership, authentication, pricing, and promotions from an external SaaS platform to in-house services. Built a new authentication system with multi-device sessions and token revocation, reducing average login time from ~5 seconds to ~2 seconds.

Provided developer support for IIS, Windows Server, and Azure, diagnosing IIS 10 CPU saturation and 503 errors on AWS-hosted workloads. Isolated third-party interference and automated cleanup to unblock a Windows 10-to-11 migration across tens of thousands of VMs.

Served as project technical lead for a food delivery service on a Korean super app(KakaoTalk Ordering by Yogiyo), designing authentication, ordering, and payment flows, CI/CD, monitoring, and frontend architecture. Led migration of legacy Django-hosted webviews to a React monorepo, reducing deployment time from one hour to five minutes and improving checkout reliability.

Built a shared membership platform and integration SDK for consistent customer data and authentication. Owned frontend implementation for registration, login, and account management, and automated critical paths with Cypress.

Led QA and deployment coordination for the delayed SoluM AIMS 2.0 electronic-label console project. Owned customer integrations and operations for the ELMS electronic-label platform across large hospitals and retailers, including data integration, production updates, and incident response.
