At Wisely, I own authentication and customer account systems for a consumer e-commerce platform serving approximately 900K monthly active users. I led the zero-downtime migration of accounts, membership, authentication, pricing, and promotions from an external SaaS platform to in-house services, saving approximately US$21K per month.
I've built production systems across backend and frontend stacks, including multi-device authentication with token revocation, transactional outbox event delivery, feature flags, and recoverable migration tooling. My authentication services recorded zero 5xx responses across 4.0 million observed requests, while a redesigned session experience reduced average login time from about five seconds to two.
Previously, I led web architecture and delivery for KakaoTalk Ordering by Yogiyo, migrated legacy webviews to a React monorepo, and reduced deployment time from one hour to five minutes. I also bring enterprise troubleshooting experience from Microsoft and have built and published Plainsheet, a TypeScript bottom-sheet library for vanilla JavaScript and React.
