At Zedex, I design, build and run AI automation systems, from the first call to production. I've shipped 50+ systems for 40+ companies in 15+ countries, including an AI support agent serving 16 Shopify stores and a partner matching engine for the Visa Innovation Program Europe.

I also built a lead generation pipeline that runs about 10x faster with a zero bounce rate, and eight voice agents on Vapi. Before Zedex, I worked as a Software Engineer at DraftKings and as a Trainee to Junior .NET Developer at SoftServe.
