What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support engineering role where I can diagnose web, API, integration, and deployment issues, collaborate closely with developers, automate repeatable work, and improve product reliability.

At LagerSoft, I reproduce and investigate web application issues, troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, and CI/CD defects, and verify fixes and hotfixes before release.

I've also built and maintained React, Laravel, MySQL, and PostgreSQL applications, created reusable REST APIs, integrated third-party services, and established QA processes that improve release reliability.

My background spans Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, Linux and VPS environments, automation with Python and n8n, and clear troubleshooting documentation for both developers and support teams.
