I lead QA and automation efforts by architecting quality systems that drive reliability for products built on agentic AI. I focus on end-to-end quality ownership—quality lifecycle, test strategy, and production stability—while partnering closely with engineering and product.

At Sealit, I owned QA as the sole QA for a Zero-Trust Cybersecurity SaaS, resolving over 1,000 defects. I delivered cross-platform testing across Web, Desktop, iOS, Android, and Google/Microsoft Add-Ins to ensure secure, consistent user experience and stability. I also built test automation in a .NET project for the web application.

For Olin.ai, I owned the end-to-end QA lifecycle for a LegalAI product used by top-tier global law firms, driving delivery across an Agile team. I built an agentic AI system that auto-generates tests and finds bugs—adopted team-wide—and led red-teaming and LLM quality testing to validate factual grounding, answer quality, and citations while minimizing output errors. I architected a test automation framework from scratch (C#/.NET, Selenium, SpecFlow, Azure CI/CD) and kept production failure-free for ~2.5 years even as workload doubled (engineering 4->8), while mentoring 2 QA testers and collaborating on product design and UI/UX readiness.

Earlier, I worked as an IT Support Engineer, progressing from L1 to L2 to L3 and Incident Manager, which strengthened my approach to reliability and operational readiness. I also have a background in Front-End Web Development, Graphics & Video through freelance work, and I bring that craft mindset into careful, user-focused testing.
