I've built and evaluated Emergency Severity Index classification models during the CariSurg Healthcare AI Programme, using Python, pandas, and scikit-learn on de-identified emergency-department data. My recommended model achieved a macro-F1 score of 0.534.

I prioritised clinical safety by tracking ESI-1 recall and retaining the plain feature set when engineered features reduced verified recall. I also helped design a patient self-service kiosk, nurse dashboard, and wearable alert workflow that keeps final triage decisions with clinicians.

I co-developed X.Y.L.E.M., an AI crop-health chatbot for assessment and treatment guidance, contributing to a first-place food-security hackathon team. I have also created website training videos and updated course pages at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.

My hands-on technical experience includes robot maintenance and troubleshooting for Team Saint Lucia at FIRST Global, plus network, printer, LAN cabling, DHCP, and static-IP support as an I.T. Technician Intern.
