What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT support role where I can maintain reliable systems, solve user issues promptly, grow technical skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

I am an IT Support Technician with two years' hands-on experience supporting staff and guests in a luxury hospitality environment at Viceroy Sugar Beach. I manage and troubleshoot hotel systems including Oracle Opera, Microsoft 365, POS networks, Active Directory accounts, network printers, and user access permissions, and I collaborate with IT management to deploy updates and maintain infrastructure reliability.

I hold an Associate of Computer Information Technology and multiple industry certifications including Meta Front-End Developer and IBM foundations in Agile, DevOps, and Cloud; I am a strong communicator who resolves issues efficiently and maintains high service standards while continually expanding my technical skill set.
