Provided technical and functional support for the SYSDE banking core developed in Oracle Forms and Reports, handling user changes and ensuring operational continuity. Developed and maintained Oracle Forms and APEX applications, and migrated modules between Developer versions.

Installed, configured, and maintained Oracle RAC 12c across multiple countries, and managed DataGuard contingency sites. Provided specialized support for query optimization and incident resolution, and administered a large Hadoop cluster including ETL development and infrastructure projects.

Supervised a team of six DBAs, managed Oracle RAC and DataGuard environments, and performed backup and recovery tasks. Led the migration of the banking core from Oracle 10g to 11g and implemented auditing and performance tuning practices.

Administered Oracle 9i and 10g databases, implemented DataGuard and Oracle Streams, and led the migration of the banking core from AS/400 to Oracle. Directed the development team in building key modules such as IVR, extrafinanciamientos, and televised draws.
