At NTT DATA, I led architecture and development for Angular 22 applications supporting financial operations and regulatory compliance. I designed an Nx monorepo with shared libraries and a reusable UI component library.

I introduced Angular Signals and NgRx Signal Store for modular features, and defined a Vitest unit-testing strategy. I also built CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, quality checks, and deployments.

At Instituto Estatal Electoral de Aguascalientes (IEE), I architected web and mobile applications with Angular 17 and Ionic Capacitor. I also built a React Native app with offline storage and data synchronization using SQLite.
