What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, international role where I can support short-term rental operations, improve guest experiences, coordinate vendors, manage listings and reservations, and provide clear reporting that helps property owners make informed decisions.

At Global House Apartments, I manage end-to-end operations for a multi-unit short-term rental portfolio, including guest communication, reservations, and check-in/check-out coordination.

I create and optimize Airbnb and Booking.com listings, coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules, and escalate time-sensitive repairs to protect guest experiences and prevent delayed bookings. I also deliver monthly performance reports for property owners.

I designed a Google Sheets and Excel system for tracking bookings, income, expenses, and cash flow, giving owners clear monthly visibility into property performance and decisions.

Previously, at Mac Camer, I conducted supplier market research, managed supplier communications and payments, and supported daily administrative operations. I'm a certified Virtual Assistant with hands-on training in Hospitable, Guesty, and PriceLabs.
