What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining clinical practice and nursing education where I can improve patient outcomes, mentor students, lead quality initiatives, and apply utilization review to support appropriate, coordinated care.

I am a registered nurse with five years of clinical and academic experience, blending perioperative, behavioral health, post-discharge engagement, utilization management review, and nursing education. I deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care and maintain meticulous EHR documentation to support continuity and safety.

As an assistant professor and PN instructor, I integrate Watson’s Theory and clinical judgment development into curricula, support accreditation documentation, and coach students on documentation quality and clinical appropriateness. In clinical roles I have provided perioperative care including anesthesia support, ECT and ketamine infusion monitoring, IV therapy, and thorough safety assessments.

I collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, contribute to quality initiatives that reduce readmissions, and perform utilization and medical-necessity reviews. I hold an MSN and BSN and maintain certifications in ACLS and BLS while emphasizing HIPAA-compliant care coordination and curriculum development.
