I've been working for fifteen years as a software developer and system analyst for a company that offers solutions to financial institutions. Over the course of those years, I gathered knowledge in many intricate systems, designed to make financial institutions comply with new rules and regulations. From that experience, I was able to develop a wide range of skills, like programming, database designing and optimization, project management, communication and teamwork. Being proficient in both front-end and back-end development allows me to design and implement new features into the system ensuring usability, scalability and reliability, among other qualities. Given how long I've been delivering results to the company and high level of customer satisfaction, I've acquired some level of control over how I get work done, such as how to accomplish tasks and set deadlines. I'm also responsible for training new members for our team.
