At Formulab – Food Additives, Ltd., I built an inventory management system from scratch in Excel and Python, using CRISP-DM, ABC analysis, demand forecasting, safety stock and reorder points to support replenishment and reduce stockouts.

As Head of Supply Chain, Procurement & Production, I renegotiated a key supplier partnership, reducing the cost price of best-selling products by ~40%, and launched direct raw-material imports from China. I also designed a weighing-automation project integrated with Sage ERP.
