At Masaka Farms, I built a system connecting customer feedback with production decisions, and response times improved once it was in place. I lead brand, PR, marketing, and customer experience, and bring customer and market data to leadership as they consider where to expand.
At Right Click Ltd, I managed client relationships and integrated campaigns from planning through performance tracking. Earlier, at Creaxion Rwanda, I handled marketing and PR accounts including MTN Rwanda and the National Bank of Rwanda, and prepared competitor analysis and brand reports clients used to change direction.
