What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support busy executives or teams through organized administration, calendar and inbox management, CRM coordination, bookkeeping, and social media support while continuing to grow in business administration and project management.

At Ataraxis Clothing, I manage remote administration, scheduling, workflow coordination, email correspondence, calendar management, and bookkeeping for client orders and revenue. I also create and schedule social media content for the fashion brand and grew my personal Facebook page from 0 to 5,000+ followers in two years.

I've completed hands-on virtual assistant training in inbox management, professional communication, travel planning, basic bookkeeping, and crisis management. I use HubSpot CRM, Slack, Asana, Trello, Zoom, and Google Workspace to support busy executives and teams remotely, and I also bring experience in educational consulting, tutoring, teaching, and community-project publicity.
