I built a multi-model AI compliance workflow for Swiss import cases, using Claude, GPT and Gemini in an 18-step process. It combines specialist agents, citation checks and human confirmation to support auditability and control.

At UBS, I led global cloud programs across product, risk, regulatory and operations teams. I owned delivery for three cloud platforms and automated cloud application certification, cutting its cycle time from 9+ months to less than a day.

I also negotiated a new regulatory approval model with HKMA stakeholders that unblocked Hong Kong cloud data deployment, and directed demand management for a 2,300+ person technology unit. Earlier, at MMG MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, I worked on sourcing, procurement and contract lifecycle initiatives for banking and healthcare clients.
