What I'm looking for

I seek roles applying explainable AI and genomic analysis to clinical problems, within collaborative teams focused on impactful healthcare decision support and translational research.

I am a molecular biologist turned healthcare data scientist, combining genomics and bioinformatics expertise with strong programming skills in Python and R. I build and validate ML pipelines for clinical, genetic, and eye-tracking data, developing predictive models and performing feature engineering, PCA, clustering, and rigorous model evaluation.

My work includes NGS pipeline development, variant analysis, and automation of high-capacity diagnostic workflows, alongside research on COVID-19 genomics and clinical outcomes. I am completing a Master's in Explainable AI for Healthcare Management and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to translate data insights into actionable clinical and public-health decision support.
