What I'm looking for

I'm open to translational genomics, spatial omics and application-focused roles in biotech, pharma, diagnostics and genomics technology companies, in Italy or abroad.

At Ospedale San Raffaele, I provide end-to-end bioinformatics support for 20+ NGS projects in translational oncology. I integrate WES, RNA-seq and spatial omics to study tumour–immune interactions and treatment-response biomarkers in oesophageal adenocarcinoma.

I develop, validate and maintain reproducible pipelines using Python, R and Snakemake across Unix/Linux, HPC and AWS environments. My work includes somatic variant calling, CNV and structural variant detection, annotation and interpretation.

At the Functional Genomics Lab, I managed RNA-seq services and delivered WES and RNA-seq analyses for academic and commercial clients. I also developed workflows and benchmarked library preparation approaches using sequencing quality metrics.

I create analytical guides, technical documentation and visual reports, and train researchers to use analytical workflows. I hold a PhD in Biotechnology and an MSc in Medical Bioinformatics from Università degli Studi di Verona.
