I am a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations and Procurement Specialist with over 6.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba and procurement management. My expertise lies in vendor coordination, license and certificate renewals, and IT service management. I have successfully worked with international teams across the US and UK, demonstrating my proficiency in IT hardware purchasing, SaaS renewals, and ITIL processes.
