What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote role in non-voice customer care or digital operations where I can use English, CRM systems, AI tools, data verification, and solution-oriented communication on international projects.

I've trained with Transcom and Telbridge in CRM navigation, omnichannel customer care, technical-support workflows, data verification, ticketing systems, and remote desk tools.

I also co-managed Discord communities of up to 150 members, increasing server engagement by 40% through active communication and basic bot configurations. I maintained safe digital spaces by enforcing rules and resolving user conflicts.

I'm bilingual in Polish and advanced English, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and international remote projects.
