At ADTRAN Networks, I provide technical support to customers and help resolve day-to-day network issues. I also support Central TAC with escalated cases and work with R&D to investigate and resolve technical issues.
At ADVA Optical Networking SE, I designed and executed functional and integration tests for new software features. I configured test environments, performed regression testing, developed automated tests and documented defects.
I’ve also created technical documentation and knowledge-base articles, delivered product training and supported customers and internal teams in technical services roles. I hold an MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications and an ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level certification.
