What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead production of interactive, VR/XR, and multimedia experiences—end-to-end, budget-aware, and stakeholder-ready—while expanding AI-enabled workflows and reliable pipelines for exhibition and installation delivery.

I’m an executive producer with 11+ years delivering complex multimedia and interactive projects—from first brief to physical installation. I’ve led cross-functional teams of up to 50 and built end-to-end delivery processes that hold up under real-world constraints.

My work includes delivering the world’s first simultaneous VR experience for 100+ viewers (Garage Museum) and defending an 80 M RUB project budget before a state auditing body. I’ve worked across 9 countries for international brands including Hyundai, Google, and Marvel, partnering closely with stakeholders to get technical and creative aligned.

In my current role as a Multimedia Content Producer, I run full cycles from concept to release and distribution, shipping 7 releases and growing audience threefold. I consult on interactive systems design, exhibition experiences, and multimedia solutions, actively integrating AI tools into production workflows for briefing, ideation, scheduling, and prototyping.

Previously, as a Project Manager, I delivered 50+ projects across CGI, interactive installations, VR experiences, and multimedia stands—consistently closed on time, on budget, and fully documented. I also built internal reporting from scratch and, in prior exhibition roles, introduced pipeline technology that cut CGI production timelines and enabled reliable distributed production during the pandemic.
