At A.D.S. International s.r.l., I coordinate mechanical design projects from technical requirements through validation, working to meet project budgets and timelines. I also handle direct engineering interfaces with clients.
I use Femap (NX Nastran) and Ansys for linear and nonlinear, modal, and thermal FEM analyses to verify and optimize critical components.
For design work, I develop complex parts and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor and prepare manufacturing documentation with AutoCAD. I also write structured technical reports and project compliance documentation.
In the laboratory, I carry out precision dimensional inspections with a Zeiss CMM and static tensile tests to validate materials. Earlier, at Compressori Scarì, I assembled and tested vacuum pumps and operated CNC machining centers and lathes.
