Before that, at Ashok Leyland, I managed product development programs, negotiated with suppliers as a key SPOC, and drove 72% cost reduction through Warranty Value Chain Analysis. I also spearheaded India’s first H2 Fuel Cell EV cross-functionally and applied Lean Six Sigma to eliminate 41% of defects, alongside building go-to-market and market-entry strategies for an international OEM.
