I build scalable enterprise HR platforms end to end, turning complex appraisal workflows into reliable systems. I’ve supported appraisal workflows for 20K+ employees and processed 300K+ evaluation records per cycle using optimized APIs and high-performance database architecture.

At Akrivia, I designed and implemented enterprise appraisal and calibration modules, using Angular Reactive Forms (nested FormGroups, async validators, conditional logic) to reduce data inconsistencies by 25–30%. On the backend, I built REST API architectures for high-concurrency evaluation workflows, adding pagination, caching, and query optimization to keep response latency stable during peak appraisal cycles.

I focus heavily on performance engineering: I improved MySQL query response time by 30–50% through indexing strategies, join optimization, and execution plan analysis. I also redesigned API query strategy and asynchronous database access patterns, reducing response latency from 480ms to 140ms, while improving throughput for high-concurrency evaluation workflows.

I’m equally hands-on with frontend and system performance, cutting dashboard network traffic by 80% using RxJS shareReplay and improving dashboard load performance by 40%. I reduced unnecessary Angular re-renders by 35% and redundant API requests by 60% by optimizing Angular change detection with OnPush and RxJS operators, and I leveraged Redis caching plus async/non-blocking Node.js patterns to keep the platform responsive. I also bring exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and distributed-systems concepts into how I design and operate systems.
