At Aspire SoftServ Pvt. Ltd., I work on an enterprise HRIS operations platform integrating Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle. I redesigned the tenant data-comparison workflow, reducing the team working on it from four developers and three QA specialists to one developer and two QA specialists, with zero production issues.
I eliminated recurring 502 gateway errors by moving large HRIS data transfers from synchronous payloads to chunked socket streaming. I also built a live notification and status-tracking system with Redis and Socket.io, replacing manual polling.
To strengthen application security, I integrated DOMPurifier through a shared utility to address XSS across the application. I partnered with the security team to resolve external penetration-test and DAST findings, and wrote unit and integration tests for critical modules.
I’m building an unreleased AI-powered feature that turns plain-English rules into validated Workday configurations using a two-stage LLM pipeline. I also own and maintain an Oracle integration module, including scheduled cron jobs and Separation of Duties compliance checks.
